X-ray tools

The following tools for GIXA (GIXRF and XRR) are available:

• Calculate penetration depth (and optical properties) for X-rays
• Calculate refractive index for X-rays
• Plot atomic scattering factors for X-rays
• GIXA calculation for 1 layer
• GIXA calculation for a bi-layer
